Thomas A. Blackburn
Tom is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on insurance defense, criminal defense, commercial litigation, and matters involving children and youth. He was named a partner to the firm in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Tom was an Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County for five years. During this period he gained extensive trial experience, handling a variety of criminal cases including homicide, robbery, burglary, narcotics and white collar crime. Before working in the D.A.'s office, he served as law clerk for the Honorable S. Gerald Corso of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.
Tom graduated from the Temple University School of Law in 1988, and received a B.A. from Cedarville College in 1984.
